Bio
Omaha Nebraska Pioneer Family Katherine Carr was born in Ahalahana/Kerry/Ireland. Her parents were Richard Carr and Johana Welshe. She immigrated here and married David Osborn, a civil war vet. They had 5 known children: John , Cora,Lucy,Grace,Anna. He died and she remarried to Moses Michael Kanouse. They had one daughter Pearl. They lived on a farm at Florence/Ne. ∼ Burial date June 8th, 1914. She married Moses Michael Kanouse, her third husband, in Corning, Iowa on December 11th, 1884. Their daughter Pearl Kanouse married Irving W Brown in Omaha in February of 1908. After Kate passed away Moses lived with Pearl and her family for many years.
