Genevieve B. Konwinski, age 86, of Columbus died Monday at the Golden Living Center in Columbus. Genevieve was born February 18, 1924 on the family farm in Polk County, Nebraska to John and Dora (Hebda) Kantor. She married Thomas J. Konwinski on Octber 15, 1946 St. Mary's Catholic Church-Pilsno. Along with raising her family she worked at Dale Electronics and retired from Becton-Dickinson after working over 25 years. She was a member of St. Bonaventure Catholic Church, Catholic Daughters of America where she was recently recognized for her 25 years of membership, and B-D Retirement Group. Genevieve loved gardening, spending time with her family and friends, playing cards and the horseraces. She was a great cook and baker.
