Bio

Newspaper, The Olney Advocate, April 16, 1936: Alex H. Harmon, 78, died early last Friday at his home at 903 East Cherry street. Funeral services held at the Porter-Schaub funeral Chapel after which the body was placed in the mansoleum to be later buried at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Mr. Harmon is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Albert Beamon, of Indianapolis, IN, and Miss Nelliie Harmon, of Olney, one son Reuben Harmon, of Olney, four sisters, Mrs. William Farran, Mrs. Fred Utz and Mrs. Mary Bellinger, of Olney and Mrs. Levi Crites of Claremont.
