William D. Ear, 89, of Grafton died Wednesday, September 7, 1977, in Phoenix, Ariz. Mr. Earl was born in Waco and moved to Grafton in 1945. He resided in Phoenix for the past several months. He is survived by two sons, Howard of Lincoln and Harold of Goshen, Ind.; six daughters, Mrs. George Frisbee of Auburn, Mrs. Howard Wyatt of Tampa, Fla., Mrs. Merle Meyer and Mrs. Miles Sharp of Phoenix, Ariz., Mrs. Clarence Wambold of Beaver Crossing and Mrs. Pet Helget of Dighton, Kas.; and 18 grandchildren. Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m., Sunday, September 11, at Kohler Mortuary Chapel, Sutton, with the Rev. Dean Rolfsmeyde officiating. Burial was in Grafton Cemetery. Mr. Earl lived in Grafton until after the death of his wife, Rosa, a year and a half ago. He then went to live with his daughter, Margaret Sharp. The Nebraska Signal September 15, 1977. Lot owner: G.
