Obit-Olney Enterprise August 6, 1992 HROMAS SERVICES HELD WEDNESDAY Funeral services wfor Eugene Hromas, 73, were held Wednesday afternoon at Lunn Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. D. Wayne Shuffield, Jr., pastor of First Baptist Church, and Scotte Clark,minister at Hamilton Street Church of Christ, officiating. He died Tuesday, Aug.4, in a local hospital. Hromas was born January 20, 1919, in Moran. He and Loraine Williams were married in Wichita Falls January 31, 1943. He was a Staff Sergeant in the Army Air Corps during World War II. Hromas was a retired painter and carpenter. He was a member of First Baptist Church, the Downtown Mens Bible Class, Woodmen of the World and a past member of the International Order of Odd Fellows. He had lived in Olney since 1955. Survivors include his wife; four daughters, Barbara Guidry of Anacoco, La., Anita Ragland of San Antonio, Brenda Gammon and Beck Burt, both of Olney; two brothers, Joe Wesley Hromas of Levelland and Glen Hromas of Amarillo; four grandchildren; and one great granddaughter. Burial was in Restland Cemetery with arrangements under the direction of Lunn Funeral Home. Wichita Falls, Wichita, Texas
