Bio

Funeral services for Frances Mayo, 89, of Lewisville, formerly of Sulphur Springs, will be held at 4 p.m. Tuesday, July 6, 2010, at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park. Frances Mayo passed away at her residence Sunday afternoon, July 4, 2010. She was born in Cooper on Aug. 22, 1920, the daughter of Gideon James and Ada Tolbert Anderson. She married Charles Raymond Mayo Sr. in Sulphur Springs on Dec. 24, 1938. He preceded her in death in 1983. Mrs. Mayo was a retired bookkeeper for Trice Floor Company.
