Obituary, The Columbia Daily Tribune, November 2, 2010: Delbert Walters, 89, of Fayetteville, Ark., formerly of Moberly and Madison, died Saturday, Oct. 30, 2010. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 3, at Gospel Tabernacle in Moberly with interment and military honors at Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 2, at Cater Funeral Home. Survivors include his children, Kent Walters of Middleburg, Fla., Francie Seals of Lowell, Ark., Shelley Archer of Moberly and David Walters of Belton. Personal information: Married Lessie Swearngin Walters They also raised 4 grandchildren: Guyla(Sissy)Walters-Alexander, Candy Walters-Riley, Delbert Walters Jr. and Billy Walters.
