Bio

I knew Annie Bia, as a friend of my grandmother; Sadie Jane Granger. Annie told me she was an earlier driver of a car. She was living at a Catholic nursing home, at the time of one of our visits. She said they were going to move, because they couldn't stand all the bells. There were bells to get up, and bells to eat, etc. She said they were ringing all the time. One day she came to visit my grandma. She told us she had escaped, and was out to visit her friends. She told us that she was usually caught, and taken back to the nursing home. She said she would get to the store, and they would take her back before she could buy anything. She was going to the Sarah Draft Home on 13th East, after visiting with my grandmother. I walked her down to see her friend, and put her on a bus later, to hopefully get her home to the nursing home. Annie was a really cute little old lady. She wore a lot of makeup. A lot of lip stick and color on her checks. She was a lot of fun.
