MYRTIE PEACE PATE Myrtie Peace was born July 28,1887 in Shelby County, Texas to John Cleveland Peace and Angeline Taylor. She died October 3,1911 in Shelby County, Texas. Myrtie married Willie Bruce Pate, October 25,1908 in Shelby County, Texas. To this union was born one son, Dalton Pate born September 18,1911. A few weeks after Dalton's birth, Myrtie died with complications from child birth. After Myrtie's death, Dalton was raised by his grandparents. Myrtie, was a beautiful woman!
