Parents: Leander and Mary Eslick Smith. Husband: Jim Thomas "Tommy" Sheffield married on Jan. 31, 1931, in Hugo, Oklahoma. He died Jan. 21, 1987. She was a homemaker and a member of the Pentecostal Holiness Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; three sons: Edward Sheffield, Melvin Sheffield and Edgar Sheffield; three brothers: Floyd Smith, Luther Smith and Sam Smith; a sister, Ethel Smith Madewell; and two grandsons: Jerry Sheffield and Danny Sheffield.
