Son of George Johnston Chapman, Sr. and Kitty Eliza Jones, husband of Fannie Lee Taylor married September 03, 1937 in Pleasant Mound, Dallas County, Texas. Their children: Marvin Leon Chapman, Gerald Johnston Chapman and John David Chapman. Willis had a heart attack on Sunday and died the following Friday.
