Ruth Frances Barnett, 84, of Burnet died August 31, 1990, in Dallas. Born on January 17, 1906, in McDade, Barnett was the daughter of Joe Fisk and Lillie Joiner Fisk. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church and a homemaker. Survivors include two sons, Larry and Julian Barnett; four daughters, Sonja, Joyce, Wilma, and Mildred; two brothers, John David and James E. Fisk; and their families.
