Obituaries The Tyler Morning Telegraph April 4, 2007 Thelma T. Terrell Born to Frank and Lucia Herrington on Jan. 18, 1914, Thelma T. Terrell passed away on March 29, 2007. She graduated from Frankston High School and a small business college in Dallas. She married William Olan Terrell on Aug 1, 1936, and moved to Pasadena, where they reared four sons. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1993; son, Billy Bob; sister, Arlene; brother, Roy; brother, Bruce; and brother, Travis. She is survived by sons, Jerry T. Terrell of Houston, Jerald Lee Terrell of Choctaw, Okla., David Olan Terrell of Pasadena; brother Tony Herrington of Frankston;12 grandchildren; eight great- grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. She and her husband retired to a house on Lake Palestine where they loved to fish. Her greatest loves were her family, gardening and cooking. At the age of 91, she was still driving and living alone, Services to remember her life will be at the First United Methodist Church in Frankston at 11 a.m. on Friday, April 6, 2007. Viewing will be at Thompson Funeral Home in Frankston on April 5 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First United Methodist Church in Frankston in her memory. They will be used for their food bank. Interment with her husband will follow at the Frankston Cemetery.
