BELTON - Services for Grenita DeJuatha Crigger, 89, of Temple will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Heartfield Funeral Home in Belton with the Rev. Randy Holtzclaw officiating. Burial will be in Eddy Cemetery. She was born Sept. 3, 1921, in Bell County to Clem Bazil and Susan Fronie Hargrove Butler. She was a licensed minister in the Pentecostal movement. She worked for North American Aviation as an airplane riveter 1942-44. She married Ira F. "Bob" Crigger on Nov. 14, 1953, in Temple. From 1950-86, she worked for King's Daughters Hospital as a medical lab technician. She was a member of the Davilla Assembly of God Church for more than 20 years. Survivors include her husband; two sons, Kerry G. Johnson of Hillsboro and Thomas Crigger of Temple; a daughter, Suzy Cossey of Hillsboro; a brother, Tilmon Butler of Spring Valley; a sister, Zerline Scott of Temple; eight grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
