Bio

Alford Nocona "Kent" Willoughby died Saturday, November 22, 2003, in Grapevine, Texas, at the age of 80. A native of Ennis, Texas, he was a decorated World War II veteran who served at Omaha Beach during the Battle of Brest and the Battle of the Bulge and was the recipient of two purple hearts. He was a retired Master Electrician, an avid fisherman, nature enthusiast, and loving husband, father and grandfather. He was survived by his wife of 58 years and three children. His full obituary was published in the Dallas Morning News on November 24, 2003.
