Bio

Ruby W. Taylor, 90, of Waco, passed away on Saturday, March 11, 2006. Graveside services will be Wednesday, March 15, at Rosemound Cemetery with Dr. David Hardage officiating under the direction of BrookView Funeral Home. No formal visitation is scheduled; however, Mrs. Taylor will be in state Tuesday and Wednesday before her service. Ruby was born in Olney, Texas, to the late Alford Purvis and Margaret (Hailey) Willoughby. Preceding her in death was her husband, Lockford Taylor; two brothers; and four sisters. Survivors include her son, Freddie Taylor and wife, Jackie, of Fort Worth; grandsons, Terry, Mark, Shannon, and Shawn Taylor, all of Fort Worth; granddaugher, Tiffany D. Apple, of Fort Worth; 14 great-grandchildren; many other relatives and numerous friends. Waco Tribune-Herald: 3/14/2006
