Arthur Marvin "Tex" Gatlin, 59, 54 Pili Road, Forbes Park, Makati Rizal, Philippines, passed away Tuesday, January 14, 1975 in a Houston hospital. Native of New Orleans, former resident of Houston, resident of the Philippines for 30 years. Member of Magalanes Village Catholic Church, Polo Club, Army-Navy Club, American Legion, B.P.O.E. Elks, F.O. Eagles in the Philippines. Survivors: Wife, Mrs. A. C. Salas Gatlin; daughter, Joan Gatlin, both of the Philippines; sister, Mrs. Thelma E. Macicek, Houston; brother, Bill Gatlin, Houston. Funeral service 9 a.m. Friday, Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Chapel with Chaplain Peter T. Girardin celebrant. Interment Woodlawn Garden of Memories.
