Bio

Billie Adam Foster, 84, of Krum passed away Sunday, September 19, 2010. He was born January 30, 1926, in Decatur, Texas, to Edith C. (Lynch) and Elliott Rutherford Foster. He married Billie Louise Leddy on March 21, 1958. He and his wife were founders of Foster's Saddle Shop in 1966. Bill was a strong supporter of local 4H, FFA, Rodeo Assoc., North Texas' State Fair and many non-profit organizations. He was a hunter, fisherman, camper and world traveler and he loved to make people laugh with his "true" lifetime stories. He lost his lifetime partner Billie, February 18, 2010. Bill is preceded in death by his wife; parents; son; and son, Buddie. Bill is survived by his sons, Mark Foster and wife Madeline, and Brad Foster; daughters: Sandra North and husband John of Slidell, Lisa Foster of Little Elm, Christie Enoch and husband Terry of Slidell, and Tina (Foster) Bergbauer and husband Craig of Clare, IL; 17 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and so many other close family and friends.
