The Register-Guard Eugene, Lane County, Oregon Sunday, September 19, 2010 Carl Eden Carl "Chuck" Eden of Eugene died Sept. 16 of age-related causes at age 84. No service is planned. He was born on Nov. 15, 1925, in Thompson, Neb., to Carl and Pearl Townsend Eden. He served in the Navy during World War II. He was an electrician. Survivors include a daughter, Trudy Severns of Eugene; a brother, Robert of Boise; a sister, Sharon Bacon of Pocatello, Idaho; and one granddaughter and one great-grandson. A son, Rick, died previously. Arrangements by England's Creswell Memorial Chapel. Remembrances to Hospice of Sacred Heart.
