Sargent Leader Sargent, Custer County, Nebraska April 17, 1969 TED CALKIN'S RITES HELD WEDNESDAY Ted Calkins of Mason City died at the home of his son and family, the Teddy Calkins of Cheyenne, Wyo Services were held in Mason City Wednesday afternoon with burial in Mt. Hope Cemetery in Sargent. Mr. Calkins was a brother of Mrs. Lillian Mapel and lived in the Sargent area for many years. Those attending the funeral service were Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Buckbee. Mr. and Mrs. Jay Buckbee, Mr. and Mrs Guy Fuller, Mr and Mrs Ralph Buckbee and Mr. and Mrs. Amos Knapp.
