Obituary of Eva Roark Eva B Roark was born February 14, 1903 in Hamilton County and passed away March 19th, 1961 at the age of 78 years, one month and 4 days at the Sargent Hospital. She was the youngest of five children born to Cara B. Grim and William P. Grisham January 27th 1923 she was united in marriage to Oscar Lars Anderson at Taylor, Nebraska. To this union five children were born, the last son stillborn. Oscar passed away in August 1952. She married Wayne Roark on January 27, 1955 and they moved to California. For the next 14 years they worked in the Veterans Hospital in Sepulveda, California. When Wayne's health forced him to retire in 1969 they returned to Sargent. Wayne passed away in 1970. She leaves to mourn two daughters, Darlene Wolselben, Sargent and Ellen Whitcomb, Springview, Nebraska; 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husbands, one son Dale Anderson in 1972 and one daughter, Elva Leigh Shaw in 1979. Services were held Saturday, March 21, at the Rhoad Funeral Chapel with Rhoads Mortuary in charge. Pallbearers were grandsons Carl Wolselben, Dale Anderson, Paul Anderson, Tom Shaw, Richard Huhman, and Mark Larsen Interment in the Mount Hope Cemetery
