Clovis George, 69, of 903 Eagle Drive died Monday at Flow Memorial Hospital. Born October 30, 1913 in Sanger, he married Velma Murphy October 28, 1939 in Gainesville. He was a member of the First Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife; 2 sons Jackie of Arlington and Terry of Kilgore; 1 brother Robert of Denton; 2 sisters Inez Boyd of Lake Dallas and Barbar Clampitt of Lovington, New Mexico.
