Anna and Frank were married January 31 1911 in Prague, Saunders County, Nebraska Fremont Tribune (Fremont, Nebraska) 16 Nov 1973, Fri Page 2 Prague - Services for Mrs. Anna Vanek , 88, will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Prague Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Vanek died Thursday in Wahoo. She was born July 26, 1887, in Plasi and was a lifetime resident of Prague. The former Anna Mach, she married Frank Vanek Jan. 31, 1911. He died in November of 1973. Survivors include daughters, Mrs. Albina Lance, and Mrs. John (Martha) Navarkal, both of Bellwood; and Mrs. John (Adeline) Hines, Morse Bluff; son, Stanley, Prague; 11 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; sisters, Miss Rose Mach, North Bend, and Mrs. Emma Gottberg, Weston. Burial will be in National Cemetery. Kucera Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
