The contributor is Michael Vrchota Mary's death was caused when the fuel oil she was pouring into the kitchen stove was ignited by some hidden, burning embers. Her clothing caught fire. It is not known how long after the accident that she died, but it was soon. Her daughter, Albie, said that Mary's brother, John, was there and was such a kind man, especially during this time. Albie also said when John's wife, Josie, was dying that his sister, Mary, was there to comfort him and his family.
