Funeral Service for Frank Racek held on Thursday North Bend, May 14 - Funeral services for Frank Racek were held at the Z.C.B.J. hall in Morse Bluff at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon conducted by Rev. Mr. Filipi of Clarkson. Mr. Racek died at his home here Tuesday morning at 7:45 following an illness of only three days. He suffered a stroke of paralysis Saturday from which he did not rally. Frank Racek was born on a farm in Saunders County near the present town of Morse Bluff, December 18, 1872, the son of Mr. and Mrs. James Racek, pioneer settlers of Saunders County. Most of his life was spent on a farm. A few years ago he retired and located in North Bend. He was married September 22, 1896 to Miss Mary Virka in Fremont.
