Bio
The Telephone Register, McMinnville, Oregon, Thursday, March 6, 1947 WILLAMINA, Mar. 6 - Funeral services were held for Sam Monroe Donnell at Turlock, Calif. on Wednesday afternoon. He and his family formerly lived here. Having already moved from here, he returned when the plywood mill was being built here several years ago and worked on construction. He also helped organize the Christian church and assisted with the planning and building of the church building. In recent years he spent part of his time at their home in Gates, Ore., but had returned to California on business when he passed away. He was 51 years of age.
