Bio

I've been researching this family for years. If you are related, I'd really like to hear from you. Son of Matilda Darnell (Matilda was daughter of Daniel Darnell) and Hiram Oney, they married 14 Sep 1871 Marion County, Texas. Hiram was the son of William C. Oney. Dan's siblings were John, Barry, Callie and Josie Elizabeth. Dan married Lena Bell Walker at age of 28, Lena was age 18. He died at age 73 years 11 months 21 days. Please don't confuse the above Matilda Darnell with the Sarah Ann Matilda Alexander, first wife of William C. Oney, father of above Hiram Oney. Wm's widow, S.A. Matilda married after death of Wm. C.
