Harriet A Vinson b. Oct 7, 1837 has a CSA widow's pension application on line courtesy of Ga Archives virtual vault. She says her husband, John F. Vinson enisted n 15 June 1862 in Co. F of the 5th Ga Regiment. He got sick on a march from Knoxville, Tn to Vicksburg, Miss ad die on Jan 12, 1863 near Selma, Al.
