Arthur Cooley Sex: M Birth: 1931 Death: 4 Oct 1999 in Beauregard Parish, Louisiana Burial: 6 Oct 1999 Black Jack Cemetery, Allen Parish, LA Services for Arthur "Sug" Cooley will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Sugartown Pentecostal Church with the Revs. Tim Whistine and Roderick L. Martin officiating. Burial will be in Blackjack Cemetery under direction of Colonial, DeRidder. Cooley, 68, of Pitkin died Monday, Oct. 4, 1999, in Beauregard Memorial Hospital. Survivors include his wife, Betty Swilley Cooley of Pitkin; two sons, Michael Cooley of Pitkin and Andy Cooley of Alexandria; one daughter, Peggy J. Nolan of Pitkin; two brothers, Leon Cooley of Moss Bluff and Herbert Cooley of Alexandria; four sisters, Stella Gibson of DeRidder, Vicie Pecha of Nesquehoning, Pa., Versie Watkins of Glasglow, Va., and Gladys Wernli of Galveston, Texas; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
