Leo Mark Meyer/Meyers, son of John L Meyer and Theresa Menke Meyer. Sibling of: Clem John, May E, Marie Gesina, Helen Leona, Veronica N, and Marguerite Catherine. Enlisted 20 April 1918 and was Honorably Discharged 30 September 1921. On 26 July 1920, Leo M. Meyers and Martha Tally were married in Lincoln, Nebraska. On 6 December 1932, Martha Ellen Meyers requested a military headstone. The application shows that he was with the USNRF [US Navy Reserve Force] at Naval Recruiting Station, Naval Rifle Range, Camp Logan, Illinois.
