Dingler, 85, pioneer citizen and old Confederate soldier, died at his home one mile East of New York July 23rd, and was buried at New York cemetery July 26th at 10:00 a.m. Bro. Moon of Chandler conducted the funeral services. Mr. Dingler is survived by his wife and seven children: C.M. Dingler of Chandler; Mrs. Hall Morrow, Okeemah, Oklahoma; Mrs. Newt Splawn, Frederick, Oklahoma; Mrs. Murphey Meador, Pampa, Texas; James W. Dingler, Arthur and Will Dingler, all of LaRue. Also one brother, Henry J. Dingler of LaRue route 1. Mark Dingler and family, Henry G. Dingler and family, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Ashley and Mrs. Homer Rix of near Tyler attended the funeral of their uncle, B.F. Dingler.
