Bio
Lizzie Lane, 87, of Grand Saline, died Feb. 15, 1989, in Grand Saline. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Griffin-Roughton Funeral Home with Charles Rice officiating. Burial will be in the Dresden Cemetery. She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Lane, and by a son, James Clyde Lane. Survivors include five sons, Derwood Lane of Colorado, Bruce Lane, Sr., of Dallas, Bob Lane of Houston, Claude Lane of Grand Saline and Beauford Lane of Cleburne; two daughters, Mary Ryno of Blooming Grove and Emma Vinson of Plano; two sisters, Arabelle Slater of Duncanville, and Dorothy Coker of Fort Worth; 24 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren.
