Betty Jean Kincaid, age 72 of Wolfe City, TX, passed away May 1, 2010. She was born April 4, 1938, in Martins Mill, TX, to Luther and Edna (Engendow) Oakley. Betty was a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed the time she spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a passionate shopper and enjoyed gardening. Betty is survived by son: Dwight Ballard; granddaughter: Clorissa Roe; grandson: Robert Roe; brothers: James, Dwight and Dwaine Oakley; sister: Mary Dawson; great-grandchildren: Arianna Martinez and Caleb Roe. She was preceded in death by her parents, son Robert Roe and daughter Denise Ballard. Funeral services will be held 2:00pm Monday, May 3, 2010, at Rest Haven Funeral Home-Rockwall Chapel with Dr. Aubrey Patterson officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:00 to 2:00pm.
