Graveside services were Saturday, Nov. 21, in Oakwood Cemetery with Pastor Otto Brillinger officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Riley Funeral Home. Mr. Kauitzsch was born July 21, 1920, in Pottsville, the son of Adolph and Ida Wagner Kauitzsch. He was married to Geraldine Wenzel on April 29, 1945, at St. John Lutheran Church in Hamilton. He was employed at City Drug in Hamilton for 33 years before retiring. He was a lifetime resident of Hamilton County and a member of St. John Lutheran Church. Survivors include his wife, Geraldine Kauitzsch of Hamilton; a son and daughter-in-law, Myron and Bonnie Kauitzsch of Hamilton; a daughter and son-in-law, Bonnie and Carl Nelson of Gainseville; a sister, Nelda Hlavaty of West; a brother Alvin Kauitzsch of Hamilton, and four grandchildren.
