OSAGE, IOWA - Ernest R. Haugen, 92, of Osage, died ON Tuesday, May 6, 1997, at the Faith Home. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Dennis Hanson and the Rev. Roy Ott officiating. Burial will be in the Osage Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. Friday at the Champion Funeral Home, and one hour prior to service time at the church. Ernest R. Haugen was born Oct. 9, 1904, in rural Osage. Survivors include his wife, Helen Haugen of Osage; one daughter, Lois Delaney of Glasgow, Mont.; and two sons, Paul Haugen of Nashville, Tenn., and Dean Haugen of Mason City; 14 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, six sisters, two brothers and one great-grandchild. GLOBE GAZETTE - 05/08/1997
