Clara Beatrice (Blagg) Norris passed away Monday June 14, 2010 at Presbyterian Hospital of Denton. She was born October 17, 1916 near where Camp Copass which is now Denton County, TX. She is the daughter of Bart and Stella (Gregory) Blagg. She married Virgil "Frog" Norris on January 24, 1933 in Marietta, OK, they were married for 54 years. She was a homemaker and member of First Baptist Church. A graveside service will be held at 10 am Friday June 18, 2010 at Trinity Cemetery east of Denton.Rev. Cliff Feeler will officiate. Visitation with the family will be at the Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home, 705 N. Locust, Denton, TX, 76201 from 7-9 p.m. on Thursday June 17, 2010. She is survived by her two sons; Glenn Allen Norris of Wichita Falls, TX and Jerry Wayne Norris of Crowley, TX, and sister Alice Pockrus of Denton; seven grandchildren, thirteen great-grand children and 8 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil Norris; three sisters, Eunice Sparks, Mary Jane Ashmore, Pauline Miller; two brothers, Bill Richard Blagg and Eugene Blagg.
