HAROLD "PAT" PATTERSON, 81 Services for Harold LeRoy "Pat" Paterson, 81, Norfolk, Nebraska, will be held at 10:30 a.m. today at Sellergren-Lindell Funeral Home here with the Rev. Lloyd Bliss officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. He died January 7 at Lutheran Hospital, Norfolk, Nebraska, following an extended illness. The son of Samuel Howard Patterson and Harriett Caroline Palmer, he was born March 1, 1903 in Red Oak, Iowa, He married Edna Mae Swanson May 1, 1926 in Red Oak, Iowa, and he later remarried Clara Jones August 31, 1968, upon the death of his first wife. He had worked as department manager of Montgomery Ward in Denison before moving to Norfolk in 1944. He was a member of Norfolk Methodist Church and Red Oak Lodge No. 162 AF and AM. Survivors include his wife, two daughters Sandra Spike of Silver Creek, Nebraska and Patricia Beckenhauer of Columbus, Nebraska; four grandchildren; five great grandchildren; sister, Lola Simmons of Arcadia, California.
