John V. Orsak Advocate News Service YOAKUM — Funeral services will be held Saturday for John V. Orsak, 83, who died at 6 a.m. Friday in a Yoakum hospital. Mr. Orsak was born June 4, 1890 in Fayetteville, Texas, and had been a life long resident of Yoakum. Rosary was recited at 7:30 p.m. Friday at Buffington Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be conducted at 3 p.m. from St Joseph's Catholic Church with the Rev. Michael O'Shaughnessy officiating. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery. Survivors include the widow, Mrs. Bertha Orsak, a son, Adolph Orsak, both of Yoakum, two daughters, Mrs. Lebert Zissa of Houston and Mrs. John Machicek of Shiner; and four grandchildren. • The Victoria Advocate, Saturday, August 18, 1973—Page 12A
