Bio

Huntsville Times, Friday, June 13, 1986 Aubrey A. Swanner, 79, of route 3, Elkmont, died Thursday at his residence. The funeral will be Saturday at 3:30 p.m. at the Taylor funeral Home chapel. Burial will be in the Gatlin Cemetery. Survivors include his wife, Lola Mae Swanner; five sons, Charles Swanner of Cullman, Marion Swanner, Allen W. Swanner and Glen Swanner, all of Elkmont, and L. B. Swanner of Indiana; a daughter, Betty Swanner of Ardmore, four brothers, Melvin Swanner, Selvin Swanner, Byron Swanner and Aaron Swanner, all of Texas; a sister, Valley Mae Russell of Texas; 15 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
