Bio

MR JOHN S WARD DEAD.                                                                                                                                                              Mr John S Ward, age 78, died of pneumonia fever on February 20 at the home of his son, Mr D M Ward, with whom he had made his home for over two years. He was a devoted Christian and had been a member of the Gray Hawk Baptist Church for 44 years. He leaves four sons, three daughters, two brothers, and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, friends, and relatives to mourn his passing away. We are sad to give him up but we know our loss is his eternal gain. He was laid to rest in the Cook Graveyard, the family graveyard.   D M Ward. Published 2-10-1932 Jackson Co Sun, McKee, Ky.
