Bio
Although Ludmila Janak Kolacny's obituary states that she was "born August 19, 1900 at Wallis, Texas, the daughter of Ignac and Johanna Janak," the 1900 census in Fort Bend County, Texas lists Ludmila's widowed father Ignac Janak and his seven children, the youngest of whom is Lutheria Janak, born in July 1897. It is believed that Lutheria and Ludmila are the same person, since Ludmila is not listed by that name, but she could not have been born after the census if her mother, Johanna, died before the census. (Wallis is in Austin County, two miles from the Fort Bend County line.)
