Bio
Rose is the daughter of Joseph and Mary Rozmahel Novasad. She married William Adamek 18 August 1914 in Ord Seven children were born to them, Lydia, Evelyn, Amelia, Emil, Rosalie, Edward and Donald. In 1944 they moved to Ericson, NE where they operated a cafe for over twenty years. Will also worked part-time for his brother-in-law, Will Novasad. They also made a home for their grandchildren after the death of their daughter Rosalie in 1959. After they closed the cafe, Rose continued to bake pies for the Ericson Sale Barn for several years. She also decorated the altar at the Ericson Catholic Church for many years with flowers from her garden. Will passed away at the Valley County Hospital in 1968. Rose sold the Ericson home and lived with her daughters for a time before moving to the Parkview Village in Ord. Later she was a resident in the C-Wing of the Valley County Hospital. info about children: Evelyn b.1918 d. 2015 Idaho, Married Steven Sowokinos (77877579) one child Joan.
