Bio

Richard Freis son of Joseph and Pauline Freis.Richard Freis married Lillie Brune on October 15,1935 at St.Michael Catholic Church in Weimar. Richard was born in the Wildwood Community.He attended St.Michael School,Wildwood Schools and San Antonio Barber College.He lived his whole life in the Weimar area.His occupations were a barber,painter and farmer.He loved hunting,fishing,gardening and collecting. Mr.Freis passed away at Parkview Manor nursing home. Funeral services were held for Richard Freis,100,Friday June 2,2006 at St.Michael Catholic Church with Father John C. Bily officiating. Pallbearers were nephews George Heger,Mark Heger,Russell Heger,Billy Norwood,Larry Nunn and cousin Barney Kasper.
