Mr. Burch died May 12, 2010, in Tyler. He was born April 5, 1957, in Wichita Falls. He lived more than 20 years in the Brownsboro area. Survivors include wife, Pam Burch; sons, Lucas and Hayden Burch; mother, Mary Kemp; grandmother, Nancy Clower; brother, Scott Burch; sisters, Connie Cooksy; and twin sister, Glada Norris.
