Bio

KILLEEN — Graveside services for Tosca Doerr Scott, 90, of Harker Heights will be 3 p.m. Friday in Bracken Cemetery near New Braunfels. A celebration of life will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Grace Lutheran Church with the Rev. Andrew Green officiating. Mrs. Scott died Monday, May 10, in a Harker Heights nursing home. She was born on Aug. 2, 1919, in Selma. She was a longtime member of Grace Lutheran Church in Killeen. She was preceded in death by two husbands, Milton Doerr and Richard Scott; and a son, Percy Doerr. Survivors include a daughter, Janice Tooke of Harker Heights; six grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren. Memorials may be made to the Texas Lions Camp, P.O. Box 290247, Kerrville, Texas 78029. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Killeen. Published: May 13, 2010
