Services for Phyllis Anderson, 82, Tyler, are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Saturday, April 25, 2009, at Lloyd James Funeral chapel with Jeff Christian officiating. Burial will be at Cathedral in the Pines under the direction of Lloyd James Funeral Home. Mrs. Anderson passed away on Wednesday, April 15, 2009, in Tyler. She was born on March 2, 1927, in New Braunfels to the late William Elzie and Ella Goll Bridges. She was a homemaker and a member of Glenwood Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her brother, William Bridges. She is survived by her husband, Lewis Anderson of Tyler; sons, Randall Anderson of Stockton, Calif., and Kenneth Anderson and wife Leanna of Flint; daughters, Rhonda Anderson of Hayden, Idaho, and Carol Burch and husband Chris of Simi Valley, Calif.; 11 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Pallbearers are Randy Anderson, Kenneth Anderson, Pat Marshall, Dee Kingsbury, Jack Hooper and Bill Elam.
