Bio

Bessie Lee Wiggins, 99, of Livingston, Texas, went to be with the Lord May 4, 2011 at Lufkin, Texas. Bessie came to Polk County in 1925 where she became a member of the Providence Baptist Church. Her survivors include her son, Bobby Lee Wiggins; daughter, Virginia Hodges and spouse John; sister, Minnie Jacobs Owens; five grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. Preceding her in death are her husband Edward Wiggins; two sisters and two brothers. A celebration of Bessie's life was at Pace Funeral Home. Interment followed at Peebles Cemetery. Obituary edited.
