Oliver Lee Belcher, Sr., was the husband of Pheby Trevathan. ∼ Oliver Lee Belcher, eighty-eight years of age, passed away on December 9, 1991 at the LaSalle General Hospital. He was a welder by trade. He is survived by four sons, Oliver Lee Belcher Jr, Eugene Emmett Belcher, John Marvin Belcher, and Billy Ray Belcher; a brother, Marvin Belcher; three sisters, Eddie Westcott, Bessie Wiggins, and Minnie Jacobs; thirteen grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
