Bio

Well Known Woman Dies Mrs. Zilpha Morrow, wife of D. G. Marrow, well known merchant and ginner, five miles east of Hamilton, succumbed Tuesday night, November 8th. Before her marriage Mrs. Morrow was Miss Zilpha Clay.  She was a native of this state and county. Born July 2, 1865.  She was married to D. G. Morrow, April 21, 1880. She was converted in the summer of 1881 and joined the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church and was in full fellowship until her death, an ardent christian and faithful worker. Funeral services were conducted at the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church and the remains were laid to rest in the church cemetery. Hamilton Chapter of the O. E. S. having charge of burial cermonies. Mrs. Morrow is survived by her husband, D. G. Morrow, eight sons, G. W. Morrow, J. F. Morrow. Jas. T. Morrow, D. E. Morrow, H. J. Morrow, and R. F. Morrow, all of Hamilton, W. C. Morrow of Carbon Hill, Ala., and L. E. Morrow of Birmingham; Three daughters, Mrs. L. O. Mays of Hamilton, Mrs. Ben Woods of Hackleburg and. Mrs. J, G. Howell of Birmingham; one brother J. D.
