Add obituary: Requiem mass for Anton J. Trojacek, 75, was celebrated at 10 a.m. today in St. John Catholic Church with the Rev. William Botik as celebrant. The rosary was recited at 7 p.m. on Thursday and Friday in the Keever Chapel. Interment was in the Crisp Cemetery with the following serving as pallbearers: Stanley Vrla, Milton Vrla, Both of Dallas; Charlie Trojacek, Willie Trojacek Jr., Victor Trojacek Jr., and Marvin Trojacek, all of Ennis. Mr. Trojacek was born on May 2, 1890 in Czechoslovakia, the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Trojacek and in 1901, at the age of nine years, he came with his parents to the United States settling in the Crisp community. He was reared there and in the Telico community. In 1912 he was married to Miss Frances Vrla of Creechville and after their marriage they made their home in Telico, where Mr. Trojacek engaged in farming. In 1940 they moved to the Creechville community and in 1955 he retired from farming. Mrs. Trojacek passed away in 1959. He was a member of St. John's Catholic Church and was President of S.P.J.S.T. Lodge No. 82. Surviving him are seven sons, Anton A. Trojacek, Willie L. Trojacek, Leslie Trojacek, Victor Trojacek, Adolph Trojacek, Otto Trojacek, and Jerry Trojacek, all of Ennis; two daughters Mrs. Bob Vrana and Mrs. Harry Shubrick, both of Ennis; thirty seven grandchildren; and one brother, Charlie Trojacek of Ennis.
